Follow the menu or click the links for maps of our runs. Most are around 10km, with early cut-outs available.  Usually, the shorter runs on a Sunday morning follow the same course as the longer runs but have an earlier return / diversion point.

Note: Handicap – 10km Traditional is up Balaclava hill, Reverse is up Woodcourt Rd

5km handicap is same course each time, with the only difference being the start and finish line changing each month to be the same as the 10km handicap.
