  • Across the train line
  • L on the far side of the trainline until you see the sign for Great North Walk

  • Follow the trail down the hill to Jerusalem Bay
  • Continue on the trail up the steep hill on the far side
  • Shortly after the trail flattens out, look out for a sign post on the left hand side
  • Almost immediately opposite the sign post there is a track to Taffy’s Rock – Note – depending on the conditions it can be easy to miss
  • Continue down the trail – which takes you along the ridge line out to Taffy’s rock.
  • Return via the same route to the station
