Membership of the Berowra Bush Runners
The following categories of members exist (with a table of annual fees):

Membership is annual running from January to December. A new member joining on or after 1 July can pay ½ year fees but is not eligible for the prize of annual handicap winner. The same applies to an existing member who renews their membership on or after 1 July unless the full year’s membership fee is paid in which case they remain eligible for annual handicap winner.
Children can join as junior members. It is recommended that any child participating should run with their parent, a guardian or responsible adult.

Annual membership covers the handicap races (10 races and Christmas relay), breakfasts after each handicap, any prizes and trophies, any functions throughout the year which may be subsidised, discounts from organisations which support the club, as well as public liability insurance.
Casual membership
In addition, casual membership is available on handicap races (at a cost of $10 per race). There is a restriction of a maximum of 2 races which may be paid for as casual membership. On the 3rd race, full membership will be payable (amounts already paid for casual membership will be reimbursed when paying full membership).
